We are committed to fostering compassion, improving lives, and helping those with developmental disabilities live their lives to the fullest while creating a family atmosphere. We strive to offer a community that promotes self-respect, independence, and improves the quality of life for all of our residents. We value every person with intellectual or developmental disability we serve, and we believe that every person with a disability is a unique individual. Through safe and nurturing environments, enduring relationships, and high ethical and professional standards, we intend to create a family atmosphere. We are committed to providing every person who has a disability with services and resources that will enable them to achieve their full potential.

Our Philosophy

Embrace Hope is committed to build and operate a group home care facility for individuals with disabilities. Our organization is certified as an LLC corporation. We serve individual with all ages. We want to help our residents live their lives to the fullest potential, while creating a family atmosphere that creates a better tomorrow, an atmosphere that encourages the participation of residents’ families in their day-to-day lives. Our company intends to offer the highest quality group home care and program services in the Phoenix and Glendale area. Our facilities will accommodate 2-3 residents and our organization provides quality care for all.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Under Titles VI and VII, of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Embrace Hope prohibits discrimination in admissions, programs, services, activities or employment based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, and disability. Embrace Hope must make a reasonable accommodation to allow a person with a disability to take part in a program, service, or activity. For example, this means that if necessary, Embrace Hope must provide sign language interpreters for people who are deaf, a wheelchair accessible location, or enlarged print materials. It also means that Embrace Hope will take any other reasonable action that allows you to take part in and understand a program or activity, including making reasonable changes to an activity. If you believe that you will not be able to understand or take part in a program or activity because of your disability, please let us know of your disability needs in advance if at all possible.
