Caregivers and BHT
Basic Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Article 9
- prevention and support
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and practice basic problem solving skills
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move intermittently. Use hands to handle or feel. Ability to turn on the knees, back, wrist, shoulders, and grasp with both hands
- Must be able to frequently lift/move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift and move more than 10 lbs
- ability to complete training programs and successfully pass associated tests
- Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
- Pass appropriate state background checks.
- Ability to obtain a clean fingerprint background check. Embrace Hope will not employ anyone who can not meet this standard.
- Evidence of eligibility to work in the United States. Embrace Hope uses E-verify for all potential employees to verify work eligibility.
- Information necessary to check references (business and/or personal). It is required that we have at minimum 2 professional references and 1 personal reference.
