Embrace Hope was created to provide home and community based services for the developmentally disabled population in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Our goal is to provide support for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability, and peace of mind for their families. We focus on helping them achieve their full potential in living their life with ease, confidence, and fulfillment no matter their disability.
Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)
Our programs are for consumers who are eligible for services through the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD).
